Estas imágenes corresponden a los bajos de los “txintxorros”, Las barcas utilizadas por los pescadores para desplazarse desde a tierra a sus barcos amarrados en la Ría del Bidasoa. El cromatismo y la fuerza pictórica de estas imágenes recuerdan al expresionismo abstracto. Y de la misma forma que el “action painting” del expresionismo abstracto se interesa en la acción corporal, esta imágenes quieren expresar las sensaciones de movimiento, velocidad y energía de la pesca. These images correspond to the bottom of the "txintxorros", the boats used by fishermen to move from ashore to their ships moored in the estuary of the Bidasoa. The colors and pictorial strength of these images recall the abstract expressionism. And in the same way that the "action painting" of the abstract expressionism is interested in body action, the images want to express the feelings of movement, speed and power of fishing.
